A close friend turned me on to Bing Travel Price Predictors and lets just say I'm obsessed. As you search for your flights they let you know when to buy or wait too purchase. It will display a Confidence Rating and Fare History for the flight you are looking to book. Beware, it gets addicting to keep checking the rates just have faith in the arrows!
